1. The "rigid skeleton" part of the thermal insulation pipe support:
The thermal insulation pipe support is stamped and formed on a large-tonnage (40~400T) press using a standard mold. The material of the "upper and lower tiles" of the thermal insulation pipe support can be determined according to the design requirements to minimize the number of welds in the assembly. This makes the product beautiful in appearance and small in dimensional error, reflecting the rigor of the design.

2. Insulation material part:
Vermiculite has been widely used in construction, metallurgy, petroleum, shipbuilding, environmental protection, heat preservation, heat insulation, insulation, energy saving and other fields. Animal husbandry: Expanded vermiculite has unique structural characteristics and surface properties, as well as harmlessness, sterility and chemical inertness, and can be used as a carrier, adsorbent, fixative, and feed additive.

In the process of pipe packaging, the packaging performance of high-temperature insulated pipe supports is diverse, with good sliding performance, strong corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. Therefore, this special packaged pipe support is very popular in most pipe companies. In recent years, with the continuous advancement and development of technology, the packaging of pipes has become more and more convenient.
Vermiculite is a new type of inorganic material. Expanded vermiculite is the main raw material, mixed with a certain proportion of inorganic adhesives, and processed through a series of processes. After high temperature heating to 1200℃, it will not produce gases harmful to human health, and the combustion performance can reach Class A.
3. The sliding part relative to the bottom of the pipe support:
Thermal insulation pipe supports can be divided into various forms, such as sliding pipe supports, fixed pipe supports and duct pipe supports. For sliding pipe supports, the friction coefficient between the base and the pipe support is also an important performance indicator that affects the parameters of the pipe support. The stainless steel plate is modified with polytetrafluoroethylene plate to contact each other. The purpose of this is to minimize the friction between the pipe support and the bottom slide.

4. Anti-corrosion coating process:
Thermal insulation pipe supports are usually installed on outdoor chemical pipe corridors. In addition to conventional atmospheric corrosion, the working environment is also accompanied by a small amount of chemical corrosion. If no special anti-corrosion measures are taken on the outside of the pipe support, its appearance will usually rust after one year of use. This will not only affect the appearance of the entire pipeline, but also shorten its service life. According to different requirements, the following two anti-corrosion treatment measures are taken:

1) The heat-insulating pipe support for steam pipes uses a baking paint process: select excellent anti-corrosion paint for more than two coats of spraying and baking.
2) Low-temperature polyurethane pipe supports use dip galvanizing: The entire outer surface of the pipe support assembly is hot-dip galvanized, and the thickness of the zinc layer is generally about 0.7mm.
