Characteristics of fully welded plate preheater in high temperature section:

① It can achieve a temperature difference of<10 ℃ between the flue gas inlet and air outlet, and maximize the utilization of waste heat;
② The surface of the plate is smooth and not easy to accumulate dust, avoiding an increase in dirt thermal resistance that leads to a decrease in efficiency;
③ Under the same heat transfer conditions, the heat transfer efficiency/Heat transfer coefficient K value is 1.5-2 times of the tube bundle type;
④ Under the same conditions, the pressure drop is 20% -50% of the bundle type, and the resistance drop is 30% -60% of the bundle type;
⑤ Small footprint, same 1m ³ The inner tube bundle type can arrange a heat exchange area of about 20 square meters, while the plate heat exchanger can generally be arranged between 40 and 80 square meters;
⑥ The material selection includes stainless steel 304, 316L, 2205, and SMO254.
