Function and Use
The constant force disc spring support hanger is suitable for all kinds of pipes and equipment that generate thermal displacement during the operation of the support crane, which is used to bear load, limit displacement, control vibration and other functions, and has the characteristics of stable support crane, easy installation and reliable operation. Widely used in power plant boiler body and power plant steam, smoke, wind, coal pipeline suspension and support parts and petroleum, chemical equipment and other need to suspension and support.
In general, when the thermal displacement is large and exceeds the selection range of variable force spring components, it should be considered to set a constant lift. The constant crane is mainly composed of a disc spring, a shell, a load arm assembly, a locking device, a load connection assembly, a load adjusting device and other parts (see Figure 1).
Scope of Application
Constant force disc spring support hanger is suitable for load range 500-400000N, displacement range 0-500mm(see Table 2), screw rod diameter M12-100, temperature range ≤-20℃~+200℃.
