Installation

Secure the hanger to the beam or floor slab using bolts. Pass the hanger rod through the hanger body and connect it to the pipeline. Rotate the top nut to adjust the installation load, then lock the adjusting nut in place with a lock nut. Next, threadedly connect the lower end of the adjusting nut to the upper threaded end of the pipe hanger rod. Rotate the adjusting nut until the indicator plate aligns with the corresponding scale mark for the hanger's installation load, ensuring the positioning block can be easily removed (note: retain the positioning block temporarily and remove it only prior to system operation). Finally, secure the assembly with a locking nut.
